Freight Information
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Most orders are dispatched the next business day via third party courier companies. If orders contain products that are not in stock, we'll advise you the lead time accordingly.
To calculate the shipping cost, please add the products that you'd like to purchase, enter your Shipping Postcode and click the "Update Cart" button. The online system will calculate your shipping automatically.
P.O.A means Price on Application. We aim to minimise the delivery cost. In cases where the online system is unable to determine the total delivery cost automatically, we will calculate the cost manually and will contact you to confirm the actual delivery cost prior processing your order.
Once we process your order and despatch your products, you'll receive a notification from us including the connote reference for tracking purpose.
We will send the goods to the delivery address nominated by you. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods during business hours. If we incur re-delivery charges by the couriers as a result of you or an authorised person not being in attendance at the delivery address at the time of delivery, these charges will be passed on to you accordingly. Photo identification may be requested. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
Shipping Insurance / Transit Insurance
If you require us to ship the goods purchased with Transit Insurance to cover the goods if they are damaged whilst in transit, you must specify this during the checkout process. The Transit Insurance is optional and it is charged at 2% of the total value of the goods.
Pick up / Collection from our office
Unfortunately, pick up is not available from our office due to the freight costs that the distribution centres charge us.
Most orders are dispatched within the next business day directly from the distribution centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Payment Methods
We will only process your order once your payment has been cleared by the Bank.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
2% surcharge applies.
Direct Deposit (Commonwealth Bank)
This method may take 1 - 2 working days for the payment to be cleared by the bank.
Banking details will be provided in your Order Confirmation which will be sent automatically once you have placed the order.
When making the payment, put your order number as the payment reference.
Cheque (Personal or Company Cheque)
This method may take 3 - 5 working days for the payment to be cleared by the bank.
