Freight Information
Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and location of delivery. Most orders are despatched the next business day via third party courier companies. If orders contain products that are not in stock, we'll advise you the lead time accordingly.
To calculate the shipping cost, please add the products that you'd like to purchase, enter your Shipping Postcode and click the "Update Cart" button. The online system will calculate your shipping automatically.
P.O.A means Price on Application. We aim to minimise the delivery cost. In cases where the online system is unable to determine the total delivery cost automatically, we will calculate the cost manually and will contact you to confirm the actual delivery cost prior processing your order.
Once we process your order and despatch your products, you'll receive a notification from us including the connote reference for tracking purpose. If you require us to ship the goods purchased with Transit Insurance to cover the goods if they are damaged whilst in transit, please specify this on your order by entering your request in the "Instructions / Notes" box provided during the checkout process.
Unless otherwise agreed by us and the customer in writing, We will send the goods to the delivery address nominated by you. We do not ship to PO BOX or Post Bag or international address. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and receive the goods. Photo identification may be requested. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
Pick-up Information
Most of our stocks are stored in warehouses around Australia and for Pick-up purpose all orders must be placed online or over the phone and payment must be made before we can process it. Pick-up of your orders is only available in our Sydney office.
Once your order has been processed, the stock will be transferred from the warehouse to our office. This process will take approximately 1 - 2 working days. We will contact you by phone or email to arrange an appointment for you to pick up the orders.
However, due to the products sizes, weight and warehouse locations, some products can only be arranged for delivery only. Please contact us to find out more.
When you pick-up your orders personally, please make sure that you bring a copy of your order details and a photo ID.
